Professional Leadership Development Center | PLDC

The Professional Leadership Development Center (PLDC) is a non-profit organized established in 1995 to offer professional growth opportunities for educational leaders. PLDC provides future-focused professional development and customized support services to current leaders, those considering leadership careers, educators pursuing continuing education credit and those who wish to learn more about effective leadership.

All programs are designed for how adults learn best. The programs incorporate Socratic questioning, simulations, collaboration and practice. Many of the programs are available in a blended-learning format that includes face-to-face and virtual experiences.
